There is no better thing for you and the thighs than walking. This is not just because walking is good for your overall health but also because it helps in reducing cellulite visibility in a better way than running. Moreover, walking is one of the best options for toning the upper thighs and a walk for half an hour everyday would be more than just enough to help you realize your dreams.

It is also recommended that you focus on the lower body while lifting weights. For this, weighted squats and lunges with barbells or dumbbells are excellent options. However, it is very important for you to maintain the right posture to avoid upper legs getting disproportionately heavier.

Yoga can also help you workout on the upper and inner thighs. Yoga asanas such as the padangusthasana (big toe pose), baddha konasana (bound angle pose), the Chndrasana (the cresent lunge), suryanamaskars (sun salutations), and Ardha Chandrasana (half moon pose) would help you greatly to tone the thigh muscles and get the perfect shape.

In order to work out the inner thighs, you can even use a 3-5 kg dumbbell in the front of you with extended arms. Now, spread your legs as wide as possible for you and make sure the toes are pointing out. You will now be required to squat down as low as possible and then come up still holding the weight. Repeat these steps for about 10-20 times.
